You will be contacted by our reception staff to make your appointment or alternatively, you can make your appointment by contacting reception on (02) 9679 1098.

Our online appointment booking system will be implemented in the near future. A deposit of $125 will be held for all NEW appointments. This will be processed over the phone.

On the day of your first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes early in order to complete the registration paperwork.
Your initial appointment will be 45 minutes to 1 hour long and subsequent appointments will be 15-20 minutes long.
We endeavour to provide our patients an appropriate amount of time to ask questions and fully understand their condition. As such your patience is appreciated if we are running behind.
Please bring a list of your current medications and copies of any blood tests and scans you have had.
Fee structure

The fee for your consultation will vary depending on the complexity of your case. If you are a Medicare patient, you will be eligible for a rebate and can expect to pay approximately $125 out of pocket for your initial appointment and approximately $60 out of pocket for your follow up appointments. Our reception staff will advise you of the exact costs. Concession rates are available for eligible concession card holders.

Payment methods

Payment can be via credit card, debit card or cash.

Cancellations

You can cancel your appointment up to 7pm the night before your scheduled appointment (or 12pm Sunday for Monday appointments). Cancellations after this time, or failure to attend your appointment will result in forfeit of the deposit.
